Project size is rarely an issue. Our service capabilities and experienced employees allow us to handle small or large projects and assemblies no matter the complexity. In most cases, entire projects are done in-house which helps curtail lead time.

Merritt Industries is a sister company of MasterWorks and Trusted Systems. Merritt Industries holds all safe patents and is the foundation for all joint ventures of the two companies.

Trusted Systems
Trusted Systems, Inc. is the leading supplier of IPS containers. The company first introduced the IPS container to the market in 1991 and continues strong today with unmatched innovation and quality.

Helman Tensioners
Helman Tensioners (originally Helman Engineering, Tensioner Division) was purchased by MasterWorks in 2010 to complement the products already manufactured by MasterWorks.

Solid Modeling
The models in this gallery were designed and rendered in SolidWorks. Most of these rendered projects went on to be manufactured in our facility.

IPS Containers
In 1991,Trusted Systems, Inc. introduced the IPS Security Container. Based on the basic Class 5 Map and Plan Security Container, the IPS Security Container offers custom engineered cooling and racking for networking and computer equipment. These containers are used for a variety applications ranging from office environments to tactical military installations. The IPS container is deployed worldwide.

In 2002, MasterWorks joined forces with Trusted Systems to manufacture these IPS containers. This union allowed for greater control of schedule and overall quality. Shortly thereafter the two companies applied and received patents for a new safe door design.

MasterWorks has installed a new robot welding cell for improved productivity.

Tom Armfield, president of MasterWorks, was pictured on the front of the 2007 Carroll County Economic Development annual report.

Helman Tensioners Purchase
In 2010 the president and founder of Helman Engineering, Marvin Helman, sold the electronic fiber tensioner business to MasterWorks to pursue retirement.

UL Certification
MasterWorks has completed the process for UL Certification. The company now offers UL Certified control boxes.
